My flannel does not have corduroy, it's more like suede around the neck and cuff. It only says cotton and spandex. What is this material? Is it suede?

140 degrees.....way too high for venison.

Using too much salt will dry out venison, so careful. You can some as it's resting.

This jacket looks good, but is far from rugged. The taffeta -lined pockets are useless. I put a capped pen in one pocket and it ripped immediately. I have had this jacket less than a week. Additionally, I did a water test on it and the water absorbed right into the material. This is nowhere near being a rugged dakota-type jacket and it simply can’t compete with a thick canvas coat. It’ll do for wandering around town as long as nothing sharper than your hands go in the pockets. This was my first purchase from LW and was hoping for something with higher quality. If you actually want to do chores outdoors, choose something different.

Sorry my vote is the Jordan buck always has been

I recently ordered a Tough as Buck Heavyweight Flannel shirt. I inspected it after receiving it and everything looked as it should - although fitting quite large (I'm 5'11' 170 lbs. and the Large was too long). I gave it a first wash following the wash instructions on the label. After just this one wash, the stitching at the end of the sleeve came unraveled separating the "corduroy" (def is not corduroy) lining from the flannel. I also noticed that it shrunk so bad that it was no longer too large, but did not fit. The shrinking obviously is not acceptable, but the defective stitching on the sleeve surely would qualify for an exchange, right? Especially since they have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, right? I contacted customer service with a picture of the ripped sleeve. I was told that since it was washed there would be no exchange despite the clearly defective construction of the shirt. Buyer beware. Stay away from this trash. It's just more evidence to show that if the price is too good to be true, then it is.

This is the deer that my dad killed back in 1958 amouth later I was born .I am his baby daughter Theresa walker cook. My dad was so proud of this deer he use to tell me the story about it all the time and he made sure to tell all 7 of his children to never touch it. I'm so proud and happy to see it hanging in Bass pro in denham springs where it can seen by many people. I only wish I had it hanging in my home as well.
